Bringing Responder 5 Strengths to The Responder IV

With Rauland's Network Adaptor Module in place, Responder IV seamlessly integrates with Responder 5 to allow for using many of the advanced features of Responder 5 with an existing Responder IV system.

Instant Communications
Responder IV calls are routed through Responder 5 to wireless phones enabling a staff member to instantly connect to the room of the calling patient by simply answering the phone.  When integrated together, Responder IV utilizes the sophisticated Session Initiating Protocol (SIP) telephony interface of Responder 5 so that staff members get immediate notification of patient calls on their wireless phone and can answer the call directly with no dial-back delays.

Single User Interface Applications
Create efficiency and save time on training with a single software interface across the entire hospital on Responder IV and Responder 5 units.  Staff members have only one, easy to use software application to interact with no matter where they are working in the hospital.  A common reporting package also allows managers to run nurse call reports from both Responder systems.

Answer Code Calls from a Central Location
By enabling calls to be routed from Responder IV to Responder 5, nurse calls from both systems can be displayed and answered on any Responder 5 nurse console.  In hospitals where Code calls are triaged from a centralized location, a Responder 5 Nurse Console or Staff Terminal receives all the calls from Responder IV and Responder 5 - giving the operator the ability to communicate with the room.  All the Code calls for the entire facility can also displayed on the Responder PC Console software application.
