President and CEO
Mr. Kidder's Rauland-Borg career began in 1978. After seventeen years in manufacturing operations, he became CEO in 1995. Norm has a B.S. in Engineering from Purdue University and an M.S. in Management from MIT.

Vice President and CFO
Mr. Stalkfleet has been with the company since 1981. A CPA since 1975, Rick earned a B.S./B.A. from Drake University and an M.M. degree from Northwestern University.

Vice President and Director of Engineering
Mr. Cox joined Rauland in 1979 after serving as Engineering Manager for health care products manufacturer Picker-Briggs. Carl holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Cleveland State University.

Before joining Rauland in 1979 as Production Planning Manager, Mr. Gutknecht served as Picker-Briggs' General Operations Manager. Today, John oversees 180 manufacturing personnel who produce our high-tech products.

Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Ms. Pajerski has been with Rauland-Borg since 1982, serving as a Technical Support Technician, Software Design Engineer, Product Manager (health care), Marketing Manager (instructional technology) and Director of Marketing. She earned a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.

Ms. York joined Rauland-Borg in 2001 with more than 15 years’ experience in human resources management, consulting and higher education. Karen is a certified Senior Professional of Human Resources and holds a B.A. cum laude from Rhodes College and a M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Louisiana Tech University.
