Defining Direction and Growth
The sales and marketing department focuses on growing Rauland's market share and delivering customer satisfaction. Successful team members are creative, forward-thinking, self-starting, customer-focused, excellent communicators, and willing to explore new ideas and new approaches.

Marketing team members are responsible for:
  • product design definition
  • tracing market trends
  • competitive market analysis
  • marketing communications
Sales team members are responsible for:
  • channel management
  • sales personnel management
  • territory management

In addition, we provide Professional Training and Implementation Services to ensure that end users properly implement Rauland products and take full advantage of them to improve the efficiency of their day-to-day operations.
