Certified Distributors
Rauland-Borg requires our Distributor organizations to send their technical personnel to classes developed and delivered by trained manufacturing personnel - which often includes the engineers who designed the systems. These classes provide technicians with overall instructions on best practices on installation and service methods along with hands-on practice and demonstrations with the equipment. Distributor technicians must also pass exams developed and administered by Rauland-Borg to demonstrate their understanding of the teachings and techniques presented in training class.  This certification will allow the Distributor to install and configure the Rauland system.

Certified Facilities
Rauland-Borg also provides training for facilities personnel responsible for maintenance of installed Rauland-Borg products. These classes provide instruction on best service methods and hands-on practice with equipment. Certification is provided for those attending and successfully completing these classes.
