Our Responder systems have all been pr time and time again to be easy to use and easy to maintain.  Our products accomplish this through several avenues.  Our nurse call system pieces and parts can be hot swapped at any time.  This allows you to troubleshoot the system without taking it out of service.  Our corridor lights are LEDs, therefore, there aren't any bulbs that need to be replaced.  We cover all our parts under a 5 year warranty, so you can rest assured that we stand behind our products.

We provide 24 hour support 365 days a year.  We understand your business doesn't close and neither do we.  Our system is critical to your operations and we will be there if on the rare occasion there is a question or a problem.

Through our continuous pursuit of excellence, our products offer real solutions to real problems.  We understand that bed cables can be a source of problems for you and your staff.  The cables withstand a fair amount of use and sometimes abuse.  In response to this, we have created a wireless bed interface.  This component allows you to connect wirelessly from your patient bed to your nurse call system.  This eliminates bent and broken connectors.

How many times has a bed been wheeled out of a patient room, with the pillow speaker still connected to the patient station?  We have a stress release component available to connect your pillow speakers to our nurse call patient stations to alleviates the wear and tear put on both the pillow speaker connector and the patient station by absorbing the pull on the pillow speaker cable.  This unique component actually relieves the stress put on the connections by disconnecting the pillow speaker at the stress release component rather than on the patient station.
