Our Responder systems are easy-to-use and easy-to-maintain. System pieces and parts can be hot swapped at any time; so you can troubleshoot the system without taking it out of service.  Our corridor lights are LEDs; where no bulbs need to be replaced.  We cover all our parts under a five-year warranty, so you can rest assured that we stand behind our products.

We provide 24-hour support, 365 days a year.  We understand your business doesn't close and neither do we.  Our system is critical to your operations, and we will be there on the rare occasion when there is a question or a problem.

As part of our continuous pursuit of excellence, we make sure our systems and equipment deliver real solutions to real problems. Since bed cables tend to suffer from use and abuse, Rauland has designed a wireless bed interface. This interface allows you to connect your bed wirelessly to your nurse call system - so you'll never have to worry about bent and broken connectors again. 

How many are beds wheeled out of a patient's room with the pillow speaker still connected to the patient station? Not any more with Responder 5!  Now there is a stress release component that alleviates wear-and-tear by disconnecting the pillow speaker at the stress release component rather than on the patient station.
