Optimize Information Technology Resources
Leveraging the Power of Your Current Infrastructure
Responder operates on its own sub network (as it should to meet UL1069 requirements). The bulk of the system's messaging and communication stays within its network. Responder touches the facility's LAN at only one point – for wireless device communication and supplemental PC display. Because Responser servers run on VLAN within a hospital network, they can reside in your hospital data center for cooling, maintenance and back-up services.
Easy Use and Implementation
Through our professional EPS services implementation process, Rauland supports the complete installation of Responder to make it as painless as possible, from needs assessment to our end-user training.
The Responder system uses industry standard communication protocols. With TAP, TCP/IP, or HL-7 your Responder system gives and receives only the minimally necessary information to enhance your user's experience.
