Facility Activity at a Glance
Interested in seeing the status of all surgical suites in quickly, once place at a glance?  The status of the surgical suites and pre/post operative areas can be viewed by staff on a large monitor using the Responder Whiteboard in conjunction with the Responder nurse call buttons in the suites.  Customize each display to view in a private staffing area and / or a public waiting area so family members will know that surgery has started or is complete.   

Start a Process with a touch of a Button
With Responder button stations in each suite and room, starting a process is as easy at touching a button.  Is the patient ready for surgery?  By pressing of a “Patient Ready” button, the staff can be instantly notified via text message and on the whiteboard display that the patient is ready.  Not only are process such as "Physician Needed", "Anesthesiologist Needed" streamlined, but all activity is documenting in the reporting software to measure the turnover of your surgical suites.   

Room Occupancy with Room Status
Is the doctor in the room?  Is the room ready?  Does the room need to be cleaned?  These are common questions which are asked all day long.  With a Responder room status station in each room, now the status can be indication with a simple button press which up updates all the Responder whiteboard displays in real time.  Your staff will be always know the status of the room from a single, convenient, easy to read display
