Responder can keep you informed of the current status of all surgical suites and pre/post operative areas. Updated information on a large "whiteboard" monitor will keep you up to date.  Each board is customized for private or public display - so faculty and family members alike can see when surgery has started/completed.  

Is the doctor in the room? Is a room ready? Does a room need to be cleaned?  These questions can all be addressed with Responder. In the room, a simple button may be pressed and all whiteboards are updated real-time. Staff will always know the status of the room from a single, convenient, easy-to-read display.  

Workflow Management With the Touch of a Button
With Responder system stations installed in each suite and room, starting a process is as easy as touching a button. Is the patient ready for surgery?  By pressing a “Patient Ready” button, staff can be instantly notified via text message and the patient status will be reflected on the whiteboard display. Not only are processes such as "Physician Needed" and "Anesthesiologist Needed" streamlined, but all activity is documented in the reporting software to measure the turnover of your surgical suites.
