Instant Notification to the Right Staff
Our process buttons can help address your transportation needs simply.  By putting a button in your patient rooms you can notify individual caregivers or a centralized department that a patient is being discharged.  This can alert Admitting to start the process and tell the Transport staff to come up and escort the patient out of the hospital.

An alternative solution is to have the nursing floor make a request to Radiology to come and transport the patient from the nursing unit to Radiology for tests.  The possibilities go on and on.  These can include a centralized solution with dispatch team or a decentralized solution with individual groups addressing specific requests. 

Statistical Reporting
It can be incredibly stressful to be part of the team that affects bed turnover times.  This is a critical marker that hospitals use to gauge efficiencies between departments.  By using our solution you can report on response times, number of requests, and who fulfilled the requests.  This information can help you problem solve possible inefficiencies or can help justify additional staffing needs.  As you know, numbers speak.
