The Responder system can help run your urgent care center more efficiently.  With a combination of our process buttons, lights, and wireless device integrations we can transform your busy environment into a quieter, well oiled machine.  During our needs assessment we can help you identify processes that are redundant and can be automated.  We then turn these tasks into simpler, measureable steps.  For instance, when a patient has been triaged and is ready to be evaluateed by a physician, press a button and we will notify that caregiver's wireless device.  If you don't have wireless devices, we can create a notification to our wired phones and/or display the need on a marquee.

Expedite Caregiver Communication
When a physician writes an order for a test, or for discharge, we can replace that manual notification step with the press of a button.  This will notify a wireless device, our wireless console, and/or a marquee and it will also be recorded in our reporting software.  This allows for benchmarking and ongoing process improvement.
