Seamless partnerships have been cultivated with Rauland-Borg and our distributors over the past 80 years. We expect only the highest level of service and support from both ourselves and our distributors.
Rauland-Borg's products are only as good as our local partner providing service and support directly to our end-user customer. We are very particular about the Systems Integrators that represent the Rauland product lines with very stringent requirements covering all key areas of their organization. A primary concern is that their commitment to customer satisfaction must match our commitment and must be delivered seamlessly between our organizations.
Stringent Selection Process
Rauland has a very extensive process for selecting our channel partners where we fully evaluate the partners commitment to the customer and market as well as their abilities to serve that market. This analysis includes a detailed evaluation of all key areas of their operations that will affect their abilities to deliver customer satisfaction on the Rauland systems including project management processes, customer training/education processes, financial stability, technical capabilities, design/engineering capabilities, market knowledge/focus, 24/7 service processes, inventory management, investment in appropriate tools for technicians and engineers, integration capabilities, and customer site evaluations.
We require every Rauland distributor to have certified technicians on staff to provide the best installation and ongoing maintenance possible. We continually re-educate our distributors with a series of training programs and educational tracks. This provides our customers with resources that allow comprehensive applications of the entire suite of Rauland products.
