Telecenter 21: from the front Office to the ClassroomIntegrated system design
Telecenter 21 is designed to meet all the communications needs of today's classrooms with classroom phone, intercom speaker and call switch. It is designed to interface easily to a Centrex or PBX front office phone system, supporting call forwarding, transfer and integration to 3rd party voice mail systems.
Simultaneous paging and intercom
Three global paging/intercom channels allow hands-free communication. Multiple channels mean intercom conversations don't interrupt music playing in classrooms. Teachers use call-in buttons or a preprogrammed key on their phone to alert the office to contact them. Multiple call types allow front office to prioritize calls from classrooms – so everyone gets the help they need fast.
Student phone™
This option allows students to easily call home, while built in restrictions on repeat calling and length of conversation prevent abuse.
Keep students on time
An integrated master clock corrects classroom clocks and rings bells. A calendar feature allows you to program which bell schedule is active everyday for the whole school year. Daylight savings time changes happen automatically. |
