Our obligation to warrant equipment is one example of the reliability of our products and assurance in our engineering. This five-year warranty is one of a kind within the industry. It gives our customers confidence in Rauland-Borg products and the peace of mind they need to focus on their core business.

Our warranty is granted to the original purchaser of our products covering repairs of defected parts and materials. It is the responsibility of your Distributor to ship all defective parts to Rauland-Borg for full inspection of materials and workmanship.  Your system must be installed and serviced by a Rauland certified technician to utilize this benefit.
