Staff Terminal 

A multifunctional, VoIP-enabled device that supports communication, workflow initiation, and intercom functionality within patient and procedure rooms. With a responsive touchscreen and antimicrobial Bio-Seal protection, the Staff Terminal enhances care coordination while helping maintain infection control standards.

Patient Station   

A flexible, bedside device designed to support patient comfort and staff efficiency. Available in single, enhanced, and dual configurations, the Patient Station enables call placement, entertainment control, and lighting management. Seamlessly integrating with pillow speakers, feature beds, and TVs, it delivers personalized interaction and communication at the point of care.

Nurse Console

A color LCD console that enables full-duplex audio communication between staff and patient rooms. Designed for use at the nurse station, the console features 24 programmable action buttons for initiating calls and system functions. Supports up to 16 consoles per Branch Regional Controller.

Corridor Light

A customizable LED device that provides clear, high-visibility call annunciation outside patient rooms. Each Corridor Light supports up to 16 call-in stations and up to 3 audio stations, with two built-in audio ports and an optional M-Net divider. Programmable RGB LEDs offer multiple colors, flash rates, and patterns to help staff quickly identify patient needs and room activity.

Pillow Speakers

Compact, multifunctional devices designed for seamless integration with the Responder Enterprise system and hospital-grade TVs. Available in enhanced models, they combine nurse call functionality, entertainment control, and lighting management in one easy-to-use handset. With clearly labeled buttons—including dedicated options for “Water,” “Pain,” and “Toilet”—patients can communicate needs while enjoying personalized control of their environment.

Pull Cord Stations

Emergency call-in devices designed for patient safety and staff responsiveness in bathroom and wet environments. Available in standard and waterproof models, these stations allow patients to initiate calls by pulling a cord or pressing a customizable button. The audio-enabled version supports two-way communication, while the waterproof model offers IP68-rated protection for flexible placement. Both options enhance care delivery in high-risk areas with reliable, intuitive functionality.

Secondary Annunciation & Overhead Paging

Telecenter integrates with Responder to provide visual and audible alerts—such as Code Blue and other urgent notifications—across multiple zones. With overhead paging and visual messaging, it supports facility-wide communication and helps staff stay informed and coordinated during both routine care and critical events. 

Responder 5 Software 

Access near real-time nurse call activity, manage staff assignments, and generate role-based reports from networked workstations. Responder 5 software supports wireless device integration and third-party workflows, helping care teams stay connected, responsive, and informed.
