With Telecenter U Mapping, see the real-time status of classrooms, common areas, gyms, and more via a familiar digital map interface. Available indicators include intercom and paging calls, classroom cleaning status, flagged IT issues and emergency alerts. During emergencies, administrators can quickly view areas marked safe and spot those affected for a quick and appropriate response.

The overall district map shows every school in the district. Simply click each marker for the status of each school and to drill down into a school’s map.
See Status of Entire School or Floor Plan
Upon clicking a school’s marker, administrators are given a high-level overview of the facility’s floorplan. Selecting a classroom or zone will share metrics such as the room name, extension number, cleaning status, emergencies/check-in status and more.
Quickly Spot Classroom Emergency Calls
Should a classroom make an emergency call to the front office, the room will illuminate on the map to proactively flag developing situations to administrators.
Identify and Mitigate School Emergencies
During an emergency, a thick red border will highlight the area so administrators and first responders can instantly see which areas and classrooms are affected and focus response efforts appropriately.
